    Our work together will be to understand the blocks and pain points that keep you from having all that you desire. As an IFS informed coach, I will be your guide to getting to know and communicate with all the parts of you.

    The ultimate goal of this work is to put your SELF back into the driver’s seat of your life. This is a very gentle and compassionate approach that is also extremely effective.

What is IFS?

IFS Coaching, or Internal Family Systems Coaching, is a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. It is based on the idea that individuals have different "parts" within themselves, each with its own unique viewpoint and role. IFS Coaching aims to help individuals explore and understand these parts, ultimately leading to self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Coaches trained in IFS work with clients to navigate their internal dynamics, resolve conflicts, and cultivate harmony among their various parts. Through this process, clients can achieve a greater sense of wholeness and alignment with their true selves.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) was developed by Dr. Richard C. Schwartz over the last 30 years. It holds the view that we all have a core Self and a system of inner parts that make us who we are. Parts take on roles based on what we have experienced in our lives, and like external families, sometimes our internal family system does not feel harmonious. IFS sees all of our inner parts as valuable, and the goal of this IFS informed coaching is to allow our core Self to help us heal in order to feel more integrated and whole.
